Southwest California's Business Advocacy Coalition
Founded in 2004, the Southwest California Legislative
Council is the regional business advocacy coalition for the
Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, Murrieta Chamber of
Commerce, Lake Elsinore Valley and
Wildomar
Chamber of Commerce. I am
proud to serve as the coalition's fourth chair.
All of the work we accomplish is available to you
in our redesigned Web-based advocacy service,
www.SouthwestCA.biz. In the coming months, we
will introduce new services and make it even easier for you to play a role in our advocacy efforts.

Southwest California Legislative Council
The Southwest California Legislative Council (SWCLC)
is a regional business advocacy coalition of the
Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, Murrieta
Chamber of Commerce, Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of
Commerce, and Wildomar Chamber of Commerce.
Its mission is to provide a basis for the four
chambers of commerce to act on local, state and
federal government issues to secure a favorable and
profitable business climate for the region.

Governance

The SWCLC board consists of 16 voting members, five
representatives appointed by the board of directors from
each of the chambers and one representative of the Wildomar
Chamber.


The SWCLC voting
membership shall be a general representative makeup of the
four chambers and a balance of industry representation.


The SWCLC board membership is open to all Chamber members in
good standing.
SWCLC meetings are open to all members of the
Temecula Valley, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore Valley and Wildomar
Chambers
of Commerce.
